How it works

INITIAL QUOTE
You choose 4 different stationery items from the list (CLICK HERE). Contact us with requested quantities of each item and chosen design.
We prepare the quote personalised for you with all discounts and bonuses applied (total value must be over £150). Once you’re happy with the quote, we send you an invoice.
If you want to spread the cost with Klarna or PayPal payment plan, please let us know beforehand.

PAYMENT
Payment for the Package must be made upfront and in full. You can pay by PayPal Business or bank transfer.
Once the payment has been confirmed, send us your details and colour choices.

DESIGNING
If your package includes Wedding Invitations and/or Save the Date Cards, we work on your order in 2 stages:
● invitations / save the dates first
● day stationery / thank you cards nearer your wedding day (when you have all details confirmed)
Proofing, revisions and timeline – as normal for every stage of your order (see more).
It after receiving RSVPs the numbers for day stationery change, you can still adjust your order accordingly.

DELIVERY
You can expect up to 3 parcels within the package order. We send wedding invites / save the dates in first parcel, and all wedding day stationery is put ON HOLD and sent just before the wedding (in case of any last minute changes).
Please note that our Gift – FREE Guest Book is sent with the last part of your order.
Of course it’s possible to have all the items made all at once, however we strongly advise to wait with the day stationery until closer to the wedding day.

(like an RSVP card or extra information insert).
We know how important is everything to be perfect for your wedding. We also realise paying whole amount in front for your stationery may seem a bit risky. We want you to be absolutely sure we’re your perfect wedding stationer and that’s why before you decide on a package you can buy a customised Package Sample Pack.
As the samples are intended to give you an idea of the print and card quality, size etc., they are PRE-PRINTED hence not personalised with your own text or font however they can be requested in your colours and embellishment.

(Your invoice is a proof of purchase, which also works as a contract between us both. Do I have to have everything matching?
(Absolutely not, it’s totally up to you! Just ask yourself if it could be something you look back on regret if the bits don’t match; think about amazing photos from your photographer of the set up room layout…)
