Order Directly Online

If you fond the product that is listed on our website, you can easily place your order through our secure online system.

Once you’ve decided on all options about your invitation, simply add the requires numbers to your cart.

PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Follow the steps to complete your purchase with our secure payment gateway. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Order via Invoice

Custom Orders, Unlisted Invitations, Day Stationery, Package Deals

If you are interested in products that aren’t yet listed online (such as items seen on our social media, custom designs or wedding stationery packages), you can place your order through an invoice.

SPECIFY YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Let us know the products you’re interested in, quantities or describe your custom order. We’ll work with you to customise the order to suit your wedding theme and needs.

RECEIVE A QUOTE

After finalising the details we’ll send you a quote for the products, including available discounts. The quote is valid for 14 days, after that it may have to be recalculated.

INVOICE & PAYMENT

After you approve the quote, we’ll issue an invoice (valid for 7 days). You can pay securely via bank transfer or PayPal. If you want to spread the cost in time we can create a private listing for you on our website so you can pay by card or via Klarna.

Payment must be made upfront.

What happens next

Okay, now when the checkout is complete it’s time for the exciting part – we can start working on your stationery!

SEND THE DETAILS

You’ll get a link to a form with all the colours, patterns and wording choices (including templates) and space for your details or to upload files (pdf, doc, xlsx).

Alternatively you can send them in a message or email.

Please note we do not accept pictures or screenshots with your wording or guest list.

PROOF

We will prepare a digital preview of your order within 2 working days.

CHANGES

After receiving the preview/draft you will have a chance to make any changes you need (as many times as needed) until you are 100% happy – unlimited & free

PRINT + ASSEMBLY

After acceptance we will print your order. All our items are hand-made so please be aware it takes time.

Delivery

Your order will be posted out for delivery (within up to 10 business days from the purchase date) by Royal Mail Signed For service.

TOTAL WAITING TIME for your order is 2-3 weeks depending on the business level.

Fast track

If you’re in a rush and you need your wedding invitations or other wedding stationery earlier, we offer PRIORITY SERVICE which costs additional 50% of your order and guarantees delivery (within 1 week the latest) by RM 1st Class Signed For service.

Simply choose Priority Service when choosing Shipping (Basket or Checkout) or let us know when enquiring about your invoice.

Deposit

Unfortunately we don’t take deposits, full payment must be made up front.

Although, it is possible to spread the cost with Klarna or PayPal payment plan.
