We use heavyweight premium card in white or ivory – smooth or textured. Any other colours are available as EXTRAS, as well as pearlised card.

FONTS
When creating the invitations we always try to use fonts matching the vibe of the design, keeping it readable and eye-catching.
Unless requested otherwise, you will get the first preview in a standard font set (as advertised). If you have any particular font style in mind (even a picture of one), we have a base of hundreds of fonts available so we’ll try our best to match it to your vision.
Font change is possible at any stage until the final confirmation.
WORDING
We’ve got loads of templates on our website (click here) and different ways of addressing the invitations. You can also send us your own wording.
Please note our invitations come fully assembled. To avoid dismantling every invite and assembling it back afterwards you can choose
FULL DAY & RECEPTION ONLY INVITATIONS
If you decide to have the same design for both invitations, you can split your order into 2 different wordings with no extra charge. Alternatively choose a simpler design for evening invites.
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
We can print any invitation in a foreign language if you provide the full wording. However, please note that not all fonts may be used, depending on the availability of accents and special letters within the font.
You can also split your order, with some invitations printed in one language and some in another.

● Don’t forget to order a few spare ones in case of a mistake in naming, a forgotten guest, or as a keepsake
● Minimum order is 10 invitations. If re-ordering below 10, flat fee of £6.50 per invite + p&p applies regardless of inserts or extras
If you want your guest to RSVP with:
● phone number, website link or email – you don’t need to purchase a separate card; we can include these details at the bottom of your invite
● post – order a returnable RSVP card, i.e., a postcard with your address printed to simplify the reply process
● website or simple online form (we can help you with that!) – if you want a QR code to scan, you’ll need a separate card or double-sided info insert for that.
If you have menu to choose from you can
● add a separate RSVP card with an envelope for guests to return with choices and tick boxes
● use the back of the info card or a separate menu card for guests to read available options and then fill in the menu choice table on your returnable RSVP postcard (the most popular option)
● set up menu choices on your website or online form and only include a link or QR code with your invitation
We take great pride in the quality of our stationery and the care that goes into every order. We’re confident you’ll love your stationery, but if anything isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
If your order doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. If you approved a proof with a mistake, we can offer a discounted reprint.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are not available unless we’re unable to provide a replacement.
